I spoke to someone last week about my internet cutting out (now fixed), and about my very crackly phone line. It crackles and also I get the odd loud click. Whilst on the phone to them we checked the line and checked everything inside my house. yesterday I put new batteries in my phone. None of this has made the problem go away.
I was told to contact Plus net again if the problem was unresolved, and that an engineer would come out. I'm unable to contact them by phone (message to say they can't take calls), and online chat is off, and there is no email address I can use for them.
I do appreciate that they are very busy, and probably understaffed at the moment, but is there anything I can do to get some help with this problem?
