Crackling landline , on hold with customer services

Severe crackling on the landline, wifi dropping in and out, gone through all the troubleshooting . Trying to contact customers services for the past 4 days to no avail ! Get put on hold without speaking to a human 🙈 and left there until I give up . Any ideas on how I can speak to a human please ?

I'm sorry for the issues with your phone line crackling and your broadband dropping.

I've tested your line today and the tests aren't showing the cause for this, so to progress your fault we'd need to arrange an engineer visit, please could you reply to the ticket Here with when you'll be available?

Hi, I'm just wondering how youve checked the line with no account details ?
I've managed to speak to someone today and hopefully the problem is getting sorted. Thanks for your time though.
