Crackling Phone

I made a thread here https://community.plus.net/t5/ADSL-Broadband/Very-Slow-Broadband/td-p/1661682 and was advised to report a faulty phone line.

My phone has been making a crackling noise for about a week now, I can't take any phone calls or call anybody and it's bought my internet download speed down to 1mbps. It looks like I have a faulty phone line.

Have you reported fault via PN's website reporting page?
