Crackling Line

My phone line is crackling, quiet line test shows it up.

I have tried to use your phone line checking app online, it keeps comong up with "Ooops, something is wrong, please phone us" I am waiting on the phone, seems like forever.

Can somebody deal with this please? It needs sorting out.

Engineer visited, turned out to be the Pole junction box in the road shared with the neighbour, an aerial platform was nearby luckily and they found the cabling hanging below the junction box rather than in it, exposed to weather. Have re-sited the junction box further down the pole and re-made connections.

Hopefully hunky-dory now.
