Crackling Line & Broadband drops after landline used

Hi,

I've noticed a lot of crackling over my landline in the last few weeks and the quiet line test has shown this up again today. Noticed too that every time someone uses the landline and hangs up, the internet drops immediately after. Could a test be done on my line to confirm please?

Hi there, 

Testing has picked up on a potential problem with the line (a high resistance cable joint) I've reported this for you with our supplier as it will need some engineer work to get fixed.
