Cost of Line Rental Saver

Hi

LRS is about to go up from 29.6.17. My current one expires on 31.7.17. If I renew now before the price increase, will I be charged the current price of £185.88 until 31.7.18?

Hi @Cagney1994, that's correct. If you renew LRS before the price increase comes in to effect, you'll be purchasing it at the current rate for the 12 months following your current LRS expiring.

Hi Harry,

My existing LRS expires around 13-07-17 and I renewed in May @ £185.88

[CSA Removed] from Customer Service called today (16-06-17) to activate the new agreement. This is well in advance of when my old LRS is due to finish, effectively shortening the term from 12 months to 11. She was unable to confirm the period for which I was renewing. I was left with no option but to decline her 'activation' request.

Please explain. I'm confused and frustrated.

Hi there,

If you pay to renew your line rental saver before the current LRS expires, then it won't begin until that ends. Effectively, your line rental saver will be queued and will auto renew after the expiry.

I hope this helps clarify things.

You can pay for your next 12 months of LRS up to 3 months in advance of your current LRS ending.

Once your current LRS ends. Your next 12 months (paid up front) will then commence
