Contract length 18months

I am currently with Plusnet unlimited fibre.

Am looking at moving my calls and line rental over, but it seems i would have to sign up to a new 18month contract.

Not too happy about that, will give them a cal tomorrow, see if they can waive that.

But in the meantime. Anyone had any luck getting that waived?

Let us know how you get on.

For reference the best number to call is 0800 013 2632

Re: Contract length 18months

Can get it down to 12months, but problem is, after either 12 or 18 months the price shoots up. So on first impressions it's a good deal. Until the 12 or 18 months is up. Then i would be worse off a month than i am now.

After that though you would be able to recontract or move for a better deal though.

Depending on how much you use your phone there are other ways to reduce your phone bill: https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Account-Billing/Just-checking-that-this-is-as-good-as-it-gets/m-p/1...

@saintly1

I agree with @pjmarsh, whilst you'll generally be paying more when not in contract, ultimately you won't be in a contract so you can always call us to re-negotiate a new deal. Alternatively, we're happy to arrange a call back?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
