I have received another bill complete with full charges for calls despite this problem supposedly being dealt with by one of their agents who has full responsibility for dealing with my problem. I have an email dated 6th January from Plusnett advising me I have a £20 credit to cover the calls which I should not be charged with on my next bill at the end of February and STILL it is not included in the bill so I have been charged £20 for calls during January. I give up on Plusnett, the CS is either non-existent or incompetent. Someone goes on holiday and your account problems are abandoned instead of them being picked up by someone else and there is no communication between the agents and the Accounts Dept. What a cowboy outfit !! Can't wait to leave when my contract is up!!
