Contacting Plus net

I am new to this and pretty sure it’s been raised before , I am unable to make or receive calls on my landline —several days now -Wi-fi sort of works off and on but not on main computer -land line phone works ok in friends house -I CANNOT GET THRU TO PLUS NET. As their chat lines are always too busy , too long a wait on phone ( which costs me a bomb on my mobile )-tried all their not very helpful suggestions -
Can’t complain unless I phone . They were pretty nifty about contacting me when I set the service up earlier this year.

Does ANYONE have an email address -????!

The waits can be long, but are you calling 0800 432 0200? For at least a couple of years now, 0800 numbers are free from mobiles.

Plusnet do not accept emails.
