Confusion when adding Call Package to existing broadband/phone contract online

I wanted to add a call package to a FTTC business broadband/phone account we currently have.
The online instructions say that there is a button to click to keep current broadband package, and just add a call package.
However, this button didn't appear for me.
The only option I had was to change the broadband package.
I raised a ticket and was told to change the broadband to the package I already had then add the call package.
I gave this a go but the broadband package still showed up (on the final screen) as a change with a different charge.
So I didn't confirm the change.
In the end I had to phone support to ensure I got just the call package added instead of a whole new contract.
