Confused

Plusnet say that they are taking over my line on the 4th March but just received a letter from BT.They are releasing my line on the 3rd.

Rather than start a new thread - BT advise my changeover is on the 27th Feb but PlusNet say it is the 28th

My wife goes away to Yorkshire on the third,so I'm not bothered about the phone but it's odd that BT have given us both the wrong date.

Maybe they mean that you have service with them until the end of the 3rd, with your new service due to start with us the day after?

Good answer,pity BT couldn't be clearer.Many households are so dependent on their phone and dont need this confustion.

Just checked on my transfer as well.
Email from PlusNet said 25th Feb but letter, to hand, from BT says 22nd Feb 2008 in bold type.

Problem with being old is less people around to phone - already had free weekend UK calls from BT.
Fortunately it's not a problem

I had a look at my BT phone account just now and it confirmed my transfer date.Sorry to start a topic when I only had  to look.
