I am on the £9.99 package and my credit shows as £-10.81 - quite what this is supposed to mean and how it relates to calls made and the £50 limit..........?
Anyone out there from PN care to clue me in on how this works because I can't make the figures add up and I have no idea whether a negative balance is a good or bad thing.
Confused? You bet I am!
Andy

The -£10.81 means that there's been £10.81 worth of charegeable calls made - you should be able to see this on the Itemised Bill tab.
PN will allow your "credit" to go to -£50 before they cut you off - unless you top it up by credit card in advance.
Basically you're allowed to make up to £50 of charegeable calls per month (or more if you top the limit up). The £10.81 is how much you owe in calls and will be shown on your bill. So, as it stands, your bill should show:
Calls £10.81
Call Features £x (dependent on your features, if any)
Subscription £9.99
Total £20.80 (assuming no calling features)
If you were on Anytime+, the same would apply but the limit would be £70.

Thanks Paul
Very helpful - looking at these figures then it may well be worth me upgrading to Anytime + as this is only an extra £5.01 a month
