Conflicting information re:- discount offer

I transferred to Anytime + from BT on 25 March 08 and I am getting conflicting information from Plusnet Staff regarding which discount offer I am on.
The conflicion is apparrent in tickets ref: 24573987 and 24577443.
I thought I had signed up to £5 discount for 6 months then full £15 per mo.
But info. appeared in ticket 24577443 giving 3 months totally free, then full £15 per mo.(which I had never heard of), obviously the same overall saving of £30.
Could an appropriately,and CORRECTLY INFORMED member of Plusnet Staff please definitively clarify :-
1.  Which discount offer am I actually on ?
2.  Why (if 3 month version) is this not advertised on the portal ?
3.  Why aren't the staff consistent with the information ?

Hi there,
I'll check this for you first thing in the morning as I don't have my login credentials for the work systems at the moment.
From what you've said I have a feeling that one of our agents has incorrectly applied a retention offer we were running to your account, as opposed to the current annual contract offer.
As I said I'll confirm this for you tomorrow and can change it back for you if need be.

Yep, my suspicion was correct.
