Can someone from the Support Centre advise me whether conference calls are included within the "Inclusive Calls" part of the package on Home Phone ? I am on the Anytime Plus tarif, so I get free calls 24 x 7.
Both of the parties with whom I want to set up a conference call are Plusnet customers and also subscribe to Home Phone Anytime packages.
I have searched the Plusnet website but I cannot find anything - it is a rather confusing website anyway when it comes to trying to find out tarifs !

Hi there,
There's a cost per use of the conference call service (as detailed here..
As the other participants are Plusnet customers the actual call would be included (it follows the same rules on call processing as any call to an 01 number).
