Compensation

Hello , I have had many issues with the line on and off for the last 2 years .I've only just found out from my neighbour he's had a load of compensation for the same issues. How do I claim it back ? There was a note on the last ticket raised but my bill continues to be the same .

Is your neighbour with Plusnet? Loads of compensation doesn't sound like Plusnet to me.
