My dial tone has returned as has my broadband connection. It’s a little wobbly and the connection has dropped a couple of times so I’m keeping an eye on it but at least its up.

I have had no phone connection for the last 24hrs. Joined plusnet 3 dys ago. Try as I may to get some explanation for this I am at a loss to know why this is happening and have had no satisfactory explanation. From all accounts this can go on for several days. I'm so disgusted that I am already thinking of leaving Plusnet and take the financial penalty.

Your answer to the above will dictate how you go about raising a fault.
If you have both your broadband and telephone with Plusnet, then it's Plusnet you raise a fault with.
However, if you have only your broadband with Plusnet, you will need to raise a fault with your telecoms provider.
