We are urgently setting up a community support system in our town (Seaford, Sussex) to help those who are self-isolating. Part of the plan is to be able to advertise a landline phone number. We would need this to track to up to 10 or so responders so that no one of us gets inundated.
The drawback for any supplier is that we're all volunteers and would be relying on an increasingly cash-strapped Town (actually village) Council for any support - if they agree to it in the first place. But if Plusnet were able to offer the facility as a public service, we could ensure that grateful acknowedgement / credit / publicity was given.
Is this something that Plusnet can do and would be willing to consider?
