Clarification of calls to other PN users

Been trying for a while to decipher the 'rules' but cannot seem to find a straight answer.
Can someone please clarify whether you only get 60 minutes before being charged for a call to another PN user.
The recent email re 0845/0870 numbers did nothing to help.
Seems recently that a call went over the 60 minutes but was not charged.

As far as I know, the 60 minute ruling should still apply.

Yup, definitively, you should be charged for calls over 60 minutes.
