Christmas and New Year

Christmas Day and New Year's Day are Wednesdays this time round, and Boxing Day is a Thursday. Am I right in thinking that PN will charge for calls at the normal weekday rate on these days?

Yes - Bank holidays are still treated as weekdays as far as our billing systems are concerned.

Our call rating system only understand the concepts of day of week & time of day.

Re: Christmas and New Year

With the latest LRS with no call package attached, the pence per minute charge is the same for every hour of the day and for every day of the week ....... yes?

Sorry - Ben just pointed this out to me.  I think I managed to misunderstand your question Alastair.
Your best port of call is our phone tariff page: http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/tariffs/
Some destinations have varying costs depending on the time period, especially International calls.

Is that because the billing system was created before the first bank holidays were declared?  Grin
