Charges made within free evening and weekend calls

I have a free evening and weekend tariff, but I have been  charge for a call made on the 15th January at 21:32, why?

How long was the call and what were the first 5 digits of the number ?

Hi ushie001,
You were charged for that call because it was longer than an hour, if you hang up and redial before the hour's up you won't be charged.
