Charges for 111

Can anyone provide a definitive answer on how much calls to 111 are charged at please? I have 'free' evening and weekend calls but cannot find anything relating to 111 on the Plusnet website.

Re: Charges for 111

Thanks. But do Plusnet agree with the NHS and Government? The Government page you referenced says 'The costs below are approximate. Check with your phone provider to find out the actual cost'...

Re: Charges for 111

I recall that last year I had occasion to call 111, and the call was about 1hour.

Checking back on my bills for the period, the call does not appear, and it's known from previous threads about billing that 0800 calls do not appear on bills.

Therefore I'm sure it can safely be said that there is no charge for calls to 111.

Re: Charges for 111

Thank you!

Any chance it can be listed on the website in a reasonably prominent place?
