Charged for calls not made

I’ve just been checking my account and noticed my December 2020 bill was higher than the others and upon checking the breakdown apparently I made 2 calls to numbers that appear to be British Gas. Now I know this wasn’t me or anyone else in the house as we do not and have never had a landline phone! What do I do to get this rectified?

I'm sorry to see there are two calls you don't recognise on your December bill.
