Charged for 0845 numbers on Anytime package

I have just just checked by chance and saw I have been charged for 0845 number, I have never been charged for 0845 numbers before.
I use international call cards and use 0845 link for many years now, but I have been charged the last 5 times.
Can someone clarify why this has happened? Have the package's been changed?
Thanks in advance

First check, how long were the calls - you will get charged for any time exceeding the one hour limit?

Re: Charged for 0845 numbers on Anytime package

Hi there,
Some 0845 numbers have always been chargeable, indirect access numbers, dial-up etc, this is called out on the tariff pages here too: https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/tariffs/anytime/
Non-geographical numbers (0845 & 0870) Inclusive at all times
(Calling cards, indirect access and dial-up Internet numbers are excluded)
