Charge for extra time, over the free 1 hour

Am I right in assuming that if a call is made which lasts over the free 1 hour of my package, say 1 hour and 5 minutes - that I would be charged for the entire length of the call, the full 65 minutes?

Fix

As far as I'm aware you are only charged for that part of the call after the first 60 minutes.

Mav is correct.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Thanks, I am well out of touch with call costs, having been on inclusive packages for many years. I was charged 65p for 65 minutes total local call time, so it seemed a very reasonable 1p per minute. If only the extra 5 minutes was chargeable, that makes it 13p per minute.

Not complaining, just curious.

If you want to check on any prices, click on Legal at the bottom of all PlusNet webpages, then Price Guides, and PlusNet residential call tariff guide. Standard call rates for UK and service numbers shows 12.54p/min or 14.65p/min to mobiles.
