Changing to Plusnet

I am due to change to Plusnet for my phone, with weekend and evenings inclusive. How will I know that it has actually changed?

I've had a look at your order and can see that the scheduled transfer date is 04/11/2014. You'll be sent a confirmation email when the phone has successfully transferred over. Hope that clears things up for you
