Changing phone provider to Plusnet, whats the procedure?

My phone line rental is currently with Post Office but my broadband is with Plusnet, and ideally I'd like to have the phone with Plusnet as well.  How do I go about switching my phone line from Post Office to Plusnet?

Just follow the upgrade account route https://portal.plus.net/apps/account/change?bolWizReset=1 and add it
Everything should then happen automatically
