Changing from Essential to Value Anytime Plus
Hi
I am currently on the Essential broadband and line rental, (£16.65) with calls extra as my calls are mounting up I am looking to switch packages. Do you know if on 11th May everyones phone package changes to the two new ones listed or do I have to ask for the changes to be made?
A few questions please:
If I were to change to the Value + Anytime Plus package do you know if I incur any charges to switch etc...
Also notice phone pricing structure is changing 11th May, can I therefore wait and change to the Talk anytime package and how do I do it and what do I do about the broadband side of it?
Also if I change to the value evening and weekends, does anyone know if calls are free to other plusnet customers 24/7 as from 11th may too?
