Changing call plan

Hi
I am new to plusnet and realised after placing my new account order that I needed to include anytime calls.  On the original order I only added evenings.  I have followed the links to add new call plan and to add anytime calls it is increasing my monthly charge by £18.95! Surely this is not right.  Anyone know whats up????

At a guess it sounds as though the new price quoted doesn't include your present discounts which will, of course, continue

Jim's right, you can take £7.49 off of that bill. Apologies that it doesn't show the discounts.
Feel free to change to anytime, and you have my back if anything goes wrong.

Only £7.49 off? It's adding line rental that is not on current deal price box. I joined following a money saving expert link and paid so much upfront

Ah, my mistake. Apologies for that. The line rental (£15.95) will also be removed come your billing date.

Go with the flow, these guys are very good at sorting any issues you may have with billing once you swap product/package.  It just takes time for their systems to talk to each other but it will all be good in the ed.
