Change of price plan

I received a call from Plusnet saying I would benefit from the mobile bolt on, £3 a month for 100 mins to mobiles which i agreed to. However they have changed my plan to evening and weekends from unlimited, I can't remember agreeing to this, its costing me £50 extra a month, can they review the call to see if I agreed to this change of price plan? And how it was explained.
