I subscribed to the "Unlimited UK & Mobile Calls" plan nearly a month ago and got a confirmation saying "Your new package will be active on: 28th October 2022."
However, it's not showing up in my account and there is an error message. Quote:
"An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."
Fixed! Go to the fix.
