Change Of Calls Package

On the 27th January I made an order to change my call package to anytime calls. I had an email confirming receipt of the package and that it will be complete on January 30th . If I go on to my account it still says in progress. If anyone from plusnet reads this can they please look in to this for me and get back to me

@thedouth When is your next invoice due? This sort of change takes effect from the start of the next charging period.

The next bill is 21st February, so do you think its best to wait until then . Not make any daytime calls until then ?

Correct - your new package will kick in on the 22nd.

I'll then pick it up for you. I'm in the office until 5pm today and 9am to 5pm tomorrow.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
