When I action the change through Offers & Upgrades, my current discount is removed from the monthly price. I have tried to contact Customer Services but I am told that the service is currently unavailable. How can my request be completed?
Whilst the discount is shown as removed, that is only a quirk of the on line change app which only "knows" the full price of the products. I think you will find other posts on these forums confirming that your discount will be unaffected by changing your call plan.
