The phone went dead about an hour ago. I can't make or receive calls...Have been trying for the best part of an hour to get through to your customer service line on my mobile.I have tried unplugging the phone and waiting a few minutes and plugging back in. No help. removed the filter and plugged a different phone in, still not working. Logged on to Plusnet website and you did a test on the line and have confirmed that there is a fault and told me to ring you but I can not get an answer, just put on hold.
