Cannot remove voicemail

I've just noticed that my answer machine stopped getting messages, and that I have months of unread messages on 1571!
If I go to 'Remove Call Features' voicemail is not listed (this page: https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_remove_call_features) so I can't remove it myself.
Please remove it!
(I've had a whole bunch of problems getting CLI enabled, so please make sure that CLI isn't disabled at the same time!)
