Cannot remove call divert service

Hi,
I raised question #88436018 on Saturday the 12th, there was an internal update a week ago, but nothing has happened since. Can a member of staff have a look?
Basically I want to remove the call divert service (which worked fine - I only needed it for a week), but the portal says the order to add it is still in progress, so I can't.

Unfortunately the removal has become stuck on our systems. The agent who picked this up has escalated the issue to the relevant team who are able to get this removed for you. Please bear with us and we'll get this sorted for you.
