Cannot make any changes

Hi

I have a problem managing my account in the Phone Control Panel with persistent screen messages.

"An error has occurred You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress".

I really need to enable Call Protect and Call Barring but have been unable to implement any change since I added Caller Display.

This is the report I see for my call features over the last 8 days.

"Additional advanced call features you've added: Caller Display, Voicemail (Awaiting activation), Plusnet Call Protect (Awaiting activation)"

Can you help please ?

I rang customer servces about this today.

They have initiated an action to implement Call Protect within the next 24 hours.

So hopefully the Phone Control Panel will function properly tomorrow.
