Cancelling call plan

If I can set up upgrading my phone package to anytime why can't I cancel  anytime and revert to original plan on line.

Re: Cancelling call plan

you can
just go through the product change route although I think it only allows one change per billing month

Yes, once you have a change pending (to take effect at the start of your next billing month) you cannot set-up any more changes online (or change your mind) until that first change takes effect.

Hi ReedRichards,
I'm happy to look into this for you. Could you send me a PM with exactly what you're trying to do and I should be able to help.

Not me, Luke, gissmo46 is the OP.
I had a related problem a few weeks ago but Adam fixed it for me.

Re: Cancelling call plan

I am trying to cancel the anytime call plan and revert back to weekend only plan.  In the last month the phone has been off about 10 days in all, line to unreliable.

Re: Cancelling call plan

I've requested that, it'll change on your next billing date.
