Cancellation charges

I have received an email from Plusnet informing me of line rental price increases and offering me the option of cancelling my contract without charging cancellation fees.
I also have my broadband with Plusnet.  As I am mid contract for both,  will I have to pay cancellation fees for broadband or can I migrate without any charges ?
Thanks for any advice.

Re: Cancellation charges

Hi there.
No cancellation charges would be there for either the broadband or the phone. Hope this clarifies Smiley

Re: Cancellation charges

Hi Matty,  I have received an email to confirm my new contract but the email does not show the prices as discussed with Gordon this afternoon.
Could you kindly email me to confirm prices etc.
Also,  is it possible to take out the 12 month Line Saver with my new contract at today's price?
Cheers

Re: Cancellation charges

Are you ok to let me know what was different to the terms on Ticket 108015796?
In terms of the LRS - yes. I strongly recommend paying for it before the September price rise.

Re: Cancellation charges

Hi Matty,
I received an email on my registered address just advising me that I had changed contract but without any details of the changes.
I later saw a message within the support area which confirmed my new account details/prices, so that has been sorted.
I spoke to a colleague in PN customer services on Saturday morning but he was unable to allow me to pay for the  LRS due to my new contract coming into force  on 28th.
Now it seems that I have to phone again on 28th after my new  contract has started,  to sign up for LRS which will not take effect until the following month??
It all seems very complicated.

Sorry I didn't pick this up yesterday. Glad we're all sorted.
