Cancel BT engineer appointment
I'm a new customer to Plusnet. Yesterday my service went live, I set up the new router but was initially unable to connect. Phoned tech support, was asked to unscrew the faceplate and plug my router in via an ADSL filter into the test port. Some tests were run but could not be resolved at that time. A BT engineer was booked for Monday morning 27th January. I have since got my broadband working and no longer require an engineer to come out. Online chat facility is currently offline and the call queue is too long to hold as I'm in work.
Can a member of staff please cancel this appointment for me?
