Although admittedly I'm not 100% sure what you're referring to. If it's a feature built in to the handset, does it require caller display to function?

You can dial 0800 800 151 from a PlusNet line and that will get you through to the BT help system if you are ringing about another line which is with BT but this is no good to you if it's a PlusNet line you need help with.

1471 gives you the last number dialled and if it's enabled on your account 1571 will get you the answering service.

17070 will get you the BT line test facility to identify the number, quiet line test etc.
