Can't transfer phone number from Sky

Help needed please  transferring my landline number from Sky.

Depending on who I've spoken too at support yes it can no it can't.

When switching to Plusnet this was suppose to be an easy process and retain my number, getting very frustrated.

Reading this forum Its a common problem that should not be happening.

Thanks to Gandalf and his team I now have my landline number back from Sky.
