Can’t receive incoming international call from Australia

Hi just joined plusnet from Bt and my family in Australia can’t ring into home phone. No barring on phone control panel. Can anyone advise goes straight to voicemail without ringing, thanks

I'm sorry to see you're unable to receive calls from Australia.

I've tested your line and the tests aren't showing the cause for this. If you've checked your equipment (tried another phone) we'd need to arrange an engineer visit to begin an investigation. If you can respond to the fault ticket I've raised Here posting or messaging me back afterwards we'll be happy to pick this back up.
