Can't make calls to landline!

i was late in paying my bill which caused restrictions to be added.i payed a over payment yesterday and my phone line still isnt working and been directed straight to plusnet.ive been on the phone to customer support for the last 3 hours and still cant make calls

Hi @pontejo and welcome to the forums, I'm sorry the automatic divert wasn't removed as it was supposed to be. I've placed the order to change that and it should be done in the next couple of hours.
