Hi, I'm new here.
I'm having a problem making calls to a Vodaphone mobile from my landline. I don't think this is a Plusnet problem, or in fact a problem with Vodaphone (unless someone knows differently) but I wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of an answer.
I've just renewed our contract with Plusnet and it now includes calls to mobile numbers, Tried it several times to different phones and it works fine. Tried to phone an old friend who only has a fairly old mobile, and it rings for some time, and then cuts off. I've spoken to him, and he says the phone is saying something about "Call screening" and he's not hearing it ring.
Unfortunately he's a long way away, his vision isn't all that good, and he's not very tech savvy.
I'm suspecting that something may have inadvertently become turned on on his phone. Any ideas anyone please?
