Can't get caller display.

Hi, we've recently switched and now don't have caller display anymore, tried the *#234# and it says no service available.Please help.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our Community Forums.

On checking the account I was able to see that the Caller Display add on was not activated on the account.

I've added it to the account for you now and you should notice it's active within the next 24 hours, although it's usually more or less straight away.

Please let us know if you need anything else at all.

I still haven't got this service, please put on soon, having to answer all the junk calls.

Hi @AB67, it looks like the order that @OskarPapa placed was rejected, I've tried again to re-add this for you and will monitor its' completion.
