Can't download phone log in CSV format

Hi,
Last month (early September), the "new" billing system was in place and the CSV format had changed and had teething problems. This month (which is delayed, so it's like a month and a half since last billing), I try to download the CSV phone log and I get no data... just the column headings.
This is not very good. This is a very simple task. Why are you failing?

UPDATE: Apologies!! I was looking in the *old* place where the call log was downloaded. I've found it now.
*serves me right for being stroppy! 😉
