Can't change call plan

Hi

I contacted plusnet about a month ago to add the Unlimited UK landline and mobile call plan to my package as I only pay for broadband and the landline at the moment. I was advised this would be activated on the 2nd of April, however, I am still waiting. I can't change my call plan online as I always get the message 'You cannot change your Home Phone product at the moment.' Any advice would be much appreciated.
