Excellent! Glad to see the engineer's been out and fixed the fault.
I've tested your line and as the tests are now passing, I've accepted the clear Openreach have given us which will close the fault so the temporary call divert won't activate although it doesn't look like it was going to for one reason or another.
I've added a response onto the fault ticket 211435651 with an offer for a goodwill gesture. Once you've responded to the ticket if you can post back, we'll make sure its picked up as soon as we can.
(Sorry for the delay, I had planned to call your landline earlier but I hadn't had the opportunity)
