Can't Access Home Phone Control Panel

i'm paying for Plusnet Anytime, so I want to check the calls I have made in the last 2 days to be certain that I am not being charged. Especially as the Plusnet website is still saying that my move is still being processed and i will get emailed when it's ready to use.
I haven't had an email and my phone has been up and running since Wednesday with Plusnet. Is this normal?

I've fixed it for you and your calls will be displayed after call processing runs this evening / early tomorrow morning

I`am having the same problem when i click on phone calls i get a message
Home Phone
Your Home Phone order is currently being processed. We will keep you updated by email and tell you once your service is ready to use.

I have just found this pretty much the same off a different link click.
Home Phone Control Panel not available
This page is only available to Home Phone customers.
If you've ordered Home Phone, you'll be able to use this page when your line has activated, we'll email you when this happens
