Can't Access Home Phone Control Panel

My phone was cut over to Plusnet 2 days ago, but I still can't access the home phone control panel on the Plusnet member centre.
i'm paying for Plusnet Anytime, so I want to check the calls I have made in the last 2 days to be certain that I am not being charged. Especially as the Plusnet website is still saying that my move is still being processed and i will get emailed when it's ready to use.
I haven't had an email and my phone has been up and running since Wednesday with Plusnet. Is this normal?

Hi - looks like the agent didn't update your account when the order was placed and hence the automated provisioning system didn't activate your account when your order completed.
I've fixed it for you and your calls will be displayed after call processing runs this evening / early tomorrow morning  Smiley

Make sure that calls before the account was activated aren't charged - there is a problem open about this http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,116656.0.html

As I used the date, instead of the date-time to activate the line, the line rental charged is the same but the likelihood of being hit by the problem are lower because the date entry defaults to a midnight start-of-day for defining included minutes.

I`am having the same problem when i click on phone calls  i get  a message
Home Phone
Your Home Phone order is currently being processed. We will keep you updated by email and tell you once your service is ready to use. Sad

I have just found this pretty much the same off a different link click.
Home Phone Control Panel not available
This page is only available to Home Phone customers.
If you've ordered Home Phone, you'll be able to use this page when your line has activated, we'll email you when this happens
